Graveside service for Kenneth Ray McAnally, 85, of Rio Vista will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018 in the Rio Vista Cemetery. His son, Mr. Frank McAnally will officiate. Pallbearers will be Randy Hughes, Justin McAnally, Mitchell McAnally, Craig Hughes, Dennis McAnally and Billy Baldwin. Honorary pallbearers will be Rayburn Key, Don Cox, Allan McAnally, Curtis McAnally, Johnny McAnally, Dan McAnally, Doug Nelson and Randy Nelson. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Monday, at the funeral home.
Kenneth Ray McAnally passed away Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018 in Ft. Worth. He was born Dec. 3, 1932 in Marietta, OK to Virgil T. and Leburta Fuller McAnally. He married Gila Rae Key on Feb. 18, 1956 in Birmingham, AL
Mr. McAnally served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He worked for General Motors for 35 years until his retirement. He was a longtime member of the Church of Christ in Rio Vista, TX.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Gila McAnally of Rio Vista; children, Andrew McAnally and wife Teresa of Georgetown, Ramona Cox and husband Don of Cleburne, and Frank McAnally and wife Gayla of Frisco; grandchildren, Holly McAnally of Denver, CO, Randy Hughes and wife Emily of Cleburne, Stephanie Lunsford and husband Wesley of Austin, Justin McAnally of Frisco, Rebecca McAnally of Austin, Mitchell McAnally and wife Kate of McKinney, Jennifer McAnally of Georgetown and Craig Hughes and wife Lauren of Rio Vista; great grandchildren, Brooke Hughes, Kane Lunsford, Hailey McAnally and Kennedy Rae McAnally; sister, Mary Nelson and husband John of Douglas, WY; sisters-in-law, Nancy McAnally of Richland and Vicki Blackmon of Pampa; his beloved Chihuahua, Bart; and many other loving family and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Lisa Hughes; and brothers, Virgil McAnally, Harold Blackmon and Keith McAnally.
